Rental Policies

What do I need in order to rent an item at Rocket Equipment Rentals.

You need a good valid local Id.  This can be a California ID, California drivers license or a Consular ID with a local address. Sorry passports are not local ID. They do not include an address.

You need a deposit.            This can be cash,  with local ID         or
                                             
                                        credit card,  okay with out of town ID        or
                                    
                                        open company check, with local ID

Pickup and Deliveries

If you arrange for delivery or pickup over the phone, you must pay with a credit card.  If you want to use cash for a delivery you must come into the store
to handle the contract first.
